Getting A Summer Glow With Jordana Cosmetics

Alright ladies, tis the season for getting a summer glow! If there's a makeup look I love this time of year, it is definitely healthy skin with a golden/bronze tone. And I know the perfect products for achieving this look!

I recently worked on a social media activation with Jordana cosmetics and since I loved the products so much, I decided to share more information here (though I was not required to!). Jordana sent me their top selling products to create a makeup look with and let me tell you, BOMBDOTCOM. For real though.

For that glow, I used their Glow N' Go stick in bronze glow on my nose, cupids bow, cheeks, and under the brows. I also did a subtle contour on my cheeks, forehead, and nose with their Sculpt N' Go in medium . This same product with used on the crease for added dimension which I really loved. To fill in my brows I used the Quick Brow Micro Pencil in natural taupe. This color was a little too light for me but I do like how easily it applies so I'm excited to try it again in a darker color.

My eyes are my favorite feature to bring out so I used the 12 HR Made To Last Liquid Eyeliner Pencil in black point on my lower waterline. This pencil is so creamy and the pigmentation is on point. I topped it off with a mascara duo (because using more than one is my jam): Best Volume Extreme Volumizing Mascara and Best Lash Extreme Volumizing Mascara, both in black.

When it comes to lips I like to mix different colors. And it was no different with this look. First, I lined my lips with the Easyliner for Lips in rock n' rose; Fun fact: this liner was always a favorite of mine but I could never find it. Imagine my excitement when it was included in the package!!!! This is the perfect nude/natural shade and it also looks great alone. Then, I applied the Twist & Shine Moisturizing Balm Stain in nude chic, and added the slightest bit of Sweet Cream Matte liquid lip color in creme brulee, to the center of my lips and mixed it all together.  Loved the simple natural shade!

Here is a breakdown of products used:

What I love most about Jordana cosmetics is how affordable they are. If you're just starting out with makeup or are obsessed and want to experiment more, your wallet won't take a hit. Plus, they're cruelty-free and who doesn't like that?

Hope you enjoyed this look!
