New Healthy Habits for 2022 To Change Your Life

Ok, maybe they’re not “new” but they might be new to you or new to your everyday routines 😉 Anyway, Happy Day of Love, lovers. In the flurry of what today usually represents, let us not forget to practice self-love. I know, you probably think it’s cliché or total bullshit. Trust me, I once did too. But if the past two years have taught me anything, it’s that this is a very necessary and important practice. Combined with some other “uncommon 2022 goals,” as I like to call them, or life goals, these healthy habits, and practices will change your life. Or as the cool girls say now, become THAT GIRL.
