What am I talking about? Well, if ya didn't know, I ran the lifestyle blog Scripts of Flair, and always kept the acting side completely separated. But running double accounts got tired real quick. Long story short, after months of deliberations and talks with my inner circle, I  decided to merge the blog with my official website: themiriammorales.com. This bad boy right here!

LET'S TALK ABOUT WHY

My blogging story is quite long so I'm not going to get into it. But I was honestly so over running multiple social media accounts. It was very reminiscent of my past life when I was a social media and digital media strategist, and that life was exhausting! As the digital space evolves, and it's evolving so fast, I felt it was the best decision for my brand. Everything I do stems from who I am as a person anyway; I am my brand.

For as long as I can remember bloggers are advised to narrow down their focus and have a specific niche. And while I agree on that to a degree, I felt it didn't apply to me as I have always been more of a lifestyle blogger. In my opinion, specifically in social media, it seems that the areas of interests are transitioning into more of a "lifestyle" focus (if that makes any sense). I'm just someone that hates being confined in a box anyway. I am who I am; not just "Miriam the blogger" or "Miriam the actor" (though acting is a HUGE part) I am simply Miriam the creator, and that is more than enough as it encompasses everything. Makes sense?

MOVING FORWARD

With this merger comes a long-awaited newsletter and finally, Youtube videos. Ultimately my goal is to connect more with you all.
