Reversible Cape

Second full day home and all I can say is, it's an adjustment! It's a beautiful thing to not have to wake up so early anymore and know that I literally have all the time in the world.  But do I really?

Technically yes, I do. But I do like to think that time is of the essence...time is precious.  While I believe it's important for me to take the time to fully process everything and get into a new routine, I also think that at some point you have to take action.  I have to take action.  I am very much a go-getter and like to make the most of the day.  For me that means getting up early and taking care of business so I can enjoy the remainder of the day.

Soon I know I'll get into a new rhythm.  For me, it's all about being as productive as possible and doing the things I love and want to do now that I have that precious time!  Other than having the time to blog and I'm looking forward to focusing my energy into my craft, getting things ready for the redesign of my professional website, and just getting mentally, emotionally, and physically healthy.

So about this reversible cape.  I wasn't kidding when I said I have a thing for long cardigans, poncho's, cape's and drapes! I'm pretty sure you've seen the Burberry cape everyone's drooling over.  A lot of online stores like Oasap and SheInside have similar and more affordable versions, like this one.  It's thick and I love that it's reversible with different color blocks on either side.  And of course I got it on sale for less than $19.  You can't beat that!

On another note, can you believe that Christmas is 2 days away!?  Where the heck did the time go?  I did finish my Christmas shopping and wrapped everything last night.  Luckily my family know my situation and were gentle on me this year with their requests LOL.  I focused mainly on the kids and immediate family.  One day, I'll be able to gift everyone and I truly can't wait for that.  I love seeing people smile and making them happy.  I supposed that's also a weakness but, whatever!
