Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs Review

Insecurities. We all have them, some more than others, but they exist. One of my latest obsessive insecurities has to do with my legs. Ugh, this right thigh of mine is NOT the business!

I don't know why but my right thigh (only the right one) has the nastiest veins. It makes me so insecure to wear shorts because all I see are these ugly blueish-reddish squiggly lines. I can work out all I want, and mind you having super toned legs are my thing, but the dam veins overshadow my hard work. I'm sure there's a cosmetic procedure for removing them but I'm also sure it ain't cheap.

Enter Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs. I've heard of this product before but have also been wary of "makeup" for the legs and doubted that it would work. But alas, I was given the opportunity to test it out and sharing the details with you all!

I was sent the cream formula in the color medium which was perfect for my current tanned skin. Prior to testing it out I made sure to shave (duh) and didn't moisturize. I did this because I wanted to see just how "moisturizing" the product was.

To show you a true "before" and "after" / "with" and "without" I only applied the Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs on my right leg aka the evil one.

First I started the application on my calves and went up to the thigh area.

Then I applied the cream on my ankle and foot. After applying I let it dry before putting on any clothes, so make sure you do this! Because it does stain. Not a lot, not anything crazy, but if you touch something right after using it, it'll get tinted.

And here are the results! Remember, the left leg is without the Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs and the right is with it.

As you can see the right leg is much more even and smooth. This product truly gives that airbrush finish without looking too orange or fake; hate that! It blends really well and dries fast too. And yes, it's moisturizing ;-)

So am I pleased with results? Um, hell yeah! I'm happy I was sent this product to review because chances of me purchasing it were slim. I was being too judgy -- not good! But now? I want to try the spray version!

I tried it again over Labor Day weekend, this time applying two coats on the back of my right thigh (since I was going to be wearing shorts) and it did a decent job of masking the hideous veins that live there. Win, win!

Have you tried the Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs? If not, would you? I highly recommend you test it out. You won't be disappointed!

Hope you liked this review and thanks so much for taking the time to check it out!
